Regional Racing Rules Advisor Denis Todd has delivered talks on the ‘Changes to the Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-12’ to Portaferry SC, Quoile YC, RNIYC and Co Antrim YC. Bill O’Hara has done similarly with Ballyholme and SLYC these clubs have taken up the offer and the evenings seem to be entertaining and informative.
